I love the distinction between "creativity" and "art" - that feels like such a big shift for me!
I’m so glad! Maybe similar to the way people talk about big-c creativity (painting, playing piano, writing etc) and little-c creativity (tinkering with a recipe, humming a new song, solving a problem)?
