I loved seeing these ideas simply laid out for us. 😊 Thank you! I often feel overwhelmed by my lists of ideas, not knowing if they’ll ever come to fruition.
I've just started using the Trello project management app to jot down my ideas - I had them all on scraps of paper (that I would promptly misplace) before now. I used Trello when I worked in marketing pre children so don't know why I didn't think of it sooner, but it's been so helpful - I literally write down two or three words, save it as a note and walk away.
I really agree with getting distracted when an idea is being worked through too, I've spent days sat at my computer trying to make something work and just getting frustrated... Then returning to that same idea a week later, spending five minutes on it and finishing it. Sometimes, the idea just isn't ready yet, and that's ok
Really like the concept of your newsletter, pleased to have found you x
Thank you, Charlotte! That's so good to hear. And thanks for sharing your experience with Trello. The people who like it really like it. I still prefer pencil and paper for capturing a lot of my random ideas, but eventually it usually gets sorted into some kind of digital holding space. I'm glad you figured out what works for you!

I know that feeling! But I’ve come to see having more ideas than time as a sign I’m in the zone rather than as something to lament.
