Sarah Welch: Prioritizing Your Creativity
If you’ve been working your way through Before You Begin and feel ready to start a novel (EEEK!), I have another great resource for you! Sarah Welch is a writing coach who works with women who are passionate about their writing practices but struggle to prioritize it because…well, life is busy, and it seems like there’s always something “more valuable” to do. We share many of the same favorites in the crowded craft-book space, and I am delighted to introduce you to her.
As a mom, she truly understands that’s we’re all just trying to squeeze in ten minutes of writing during the carline. Sarah specializes in fiction and is a good resource for self-publishing questions. She also runs a private Facebook group where you can meet critique partners, share your work, and develop your craft. Today she’s generously sharing an excerpt of her ebook 100 Writing Prompts with Nebula Notebook readers.
You can also download the full 100 prompts and learn more about her community if you’re feeling inspired! I hope you’ll say hello.
Nebula Notebook is a place to meet kindred spirits, get inspired, and learn how to find ease and joy in the creative process—even when life is bananas. 🍌🍌🍌
✏️ PS—The fastest way to grow as a writer is to book a manuscript critique or a creative coaching session with an expert. My clients get agents, sell books, and win awards. They also learn how to enjoy the creative process, so they can keep going when life gets hard. 👏
