I love all this good news, Heidi! And I'm checking out your guest post with Esme Weijun Wang, asap. I taught her collection of essays one semester (well, it was the beginning of the pandemic, so the teaching was cut a little short -- but still), and I absolutely love her work.
Thank you, Anna! It felt really good to write that one, and her series Reasons for Living is very much in keeping with what we’ve talked about when we want to talk about wanting to write about moments that reflect our values and don’t just feel like traumatic click bait hot takes. 💛
Heidi! This one is chock FULL! I want to read every article! Its so interesting about creating in those small spaces of time. Motherhood has definitely taught me to work that way, as opposed to hours long blocks of time.
Celebrating you Heidi and all the wonder you provide. Such a joy hosting you over on These Three Things. Thank you for validating my love of Notes! It’s become a practice that I actually look forward to. Which when I started out, eeeeek, not my favorite way to spend time. Isn’t it funny how that can happen?
So much great stuff here, Heidi!
Thank you, Julie! 💛

Thank you, Gaia! There’s a backlog after such a long break! Let me know if you have any NF ideas brewing. I would love to hear from you!
